A Study on the Balance of China's Compulsory Education Funds Guarantee

   Compulsory education is the foundation and focus of education development. Promoting the balanced development of compulsory education is the foundation for realizing an all-round well-off society in China. This study analyzes and interprets the urban-rural gap in financial input in compulsory education, the astringency of education expenditure per student, and the difference in teachers’ salaries.  The report will also give an analysis on the scale, change of structure, difference and the reasons behind the difference of China’s compulsory education expenditure based on statistical data.
