Application of Feature Extraction and Discriminant Analysis in Gene Recognition

      Summary of the report: Genes are the basic physical and functional units of organism heredity. This study takes rice gene recognition as an example. The statistical feature extraction methods of some signals are discussed, and the splice sites and coding regions of genes are identified based on statistical discriminant analysis.
