Lecturer：Niu Xiaoyue - Pennsylvania State University

Speaker Profile: Niu Xiaoyue, Ph.D. in Statistics, University of Washington, Seattle. Associate Professor of the Department of Statistics at Pennsylvania State University (PSU), Director of the Center for Statistical Counseling. She is mainly responsible for long-term and short-term consulting and cooperation projects between the Center for Statistical Counseling and various departments. She is a member of the 2018 Section of Statistical Consultation of ASA, responsible for organizing reports related to statistical consultation on the 2018 JSM. In 2018-2019, she paid academic visits to Tsinghua University and Peking University and taught statistical consultation at the two universities.
